As a leading overseas education institution in China and Spain, GEC has committed to facilitating the cooperation and exchange between universities and institutions in both countries for 15 years, and receives hundreds of international university leaders and visiting delegations every year, which forms its solid background and expertise in interschool visits and project facilitation.
Students exchange program (including majors in English)
Students exchange program is a basic one under interschool programs. In this program, domestic universities are responsible for selecting students who want to study in the Complutense University of Madrid, and as a consequence, the Complutense University of Madrid is responsible for receiving students from Chinese universities and offering Spanish as the compulsory course and undergraduate courses as the elective course (including majors in English).
Domestic universities must recognize the academic credits that exchange students have earned in the Complutense University of Madrid. After the course, the Complutense University of Madrid will grant academic transcripts and academic credit certificate for international students. When they get back to China, these credits can be converted to academic credits used in Chinese universities.
This program aims at teachers in both countries, like state-run units or individuals whose mother tongue is Chinese/Spanish. Through personal experience in a foreign country and communications in culture and education, the trainees can gain useful knowledge and concepts. This program can not only improve the language abilities and teaching skills of teachers, but also deepen their understandings toward the local culture through various community and cultural activities, and enable them to explore how to combine their teaching with the relevant knowledge.
This program aims to strengthen the international scientific collaboration and improve the academic environment.
Interschool visitor program
The interschool visitor program is a high-levelled and in-depth collaborative project between universities and institutions. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct a friendly visit at first. By the visit, university and institution leaders can gain a better understanding of each other so as to promote future collaborative projects.
Scientific cooperation projects
With an increasing investment in scientific projects from colleges and universities in China and Spain, the quantity and quality of oversea students are growing at a rapid rate, and there is an urgent demand for scientific cooperation between colleges and universities in both countries. GEC has accumulated much experience in oversea education industry in China and Spain, which forms a firm foundation for scientific cooperation projects between two countries.
GEC can provide relevant policies, college and scientific research information to whom are willing to cooperate with parties in China and Spain. Meanwhile, GEC will actively promote bilateral visits and the signing of cooperation agreement.
