CMESE-Application Centre for Higher Education in Spain is a Nonprofit Association whose main purpose is the promotion of Spanish language and culture as well as higher education in Spain. CMESE has signed cooperation agreements with educational and cultural institutions worldwide to promote cultural exchange, linguistic and educational.
